REMAX Bayshore announced the appointment of Brittany Madden as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Madden joins the leadership team to lead strategic marketing initiatives designed to strengthen agent support, elevate brand visibility, and deliver exceptional experiences for clients across Northern Michigan.
With more than 15 years of marketing experience, Madden brings deep expertise in brand strategy, digital innovation, and experiential marketing. She has built a career on leading growth by driving global go-to-market strategies across Europe, Asia, and North America, creating high-impact partnerships with national brands, and designing immersive brand experiences for luxury retailers that have strengthened engagement and connections with clients. Her work reflects a rare blend of creativity, strategy, and leadership that consistently moves businesses forward.
In her new role, she will focus on supporting REMAX Bayshore agents with enhanced marketing tools and creative content, all aimed at helping agents grow their personal brands and provide a higher level of service to buyers and sellers. For sellers, she will elevate listing marketing through storytelling and digital assets designed to capture attention and maximize exposure.
